Some people complain of lack of energy and always feeling fatigued. What they don't know is that vitamins and supplements can also supply us with energy. Every vitamin is essential for making us feel energetic and healthy alert all day.

Among all vitamins, folic acid is what keeps our energy levels at the highest peak. As a B vitamin, folic acid is very efficient in overcoming fatigue and keeping us alert. There are also other kinds of vitamins and supplements that are also good energy-boosters and keeping our body in top shape.

One vitamin called NADH is one of the best when it comes giving us full energy. It isn't quite popular, but if used, can surprise anyone with the energy boost it provides. It is often applicable with people experiencing chronic fatigue, although the way it works inside our body is hard to explain. MSM supplement and gingko biloba are also vitamins that excel in providing us with energy.

If your currently taking blood thinning medicines, such as aspirin, always consult your doctor first before taking gingko biloba. Gingko iloba is also a blood thinning agent, and taking blood thinning medicines along with gingko biloba can thin your blood too much causing complications in the future.

You should be cautious in any vitamin that you take. Always consult your doctor if you have a history on serious medical condition within your body especially heart problems. Your doctor will then tell you what vitamins are appropriate for your body and what are harmful.

There are many substitutes for these energy-giving vitamins that you can also get energy from. Whether you are an aged person looking for extra activities or an athlethe looking for more energy, there are still other vitamins aside from these ones that you can try of. But before doing so, always take advices from the doctor so they could figure out what vitamins are not suitable for you.
